EDIT: How do you make some of the stuff to the right of the rest (EG Have the C02 Section Rules to the right of the New To E*PVP section.

Hey guys, i have made a pop-out signature and i had put the part i want to pop out transparent but when i post it on imageshack its white...and when i put it as my sig its like a big white space..i hate it can someone tell me what i did wrong?
