Then give him your dad/mom's paypal/credit card. It's easy as looking in your dad/mom's wallet, grabbing the credit card, and writing down everything in a notepad document, and sending it to tb.

Yes, IGXE IS the safest site. You can pay using paypal, so you know they can't scam you. And they usually deliver in an hour-four hours. However, sometimes they are delayed because they do get a lot of orders, and it takes up to 24-26 hours. No longer though. They are pretty fair. =]
