Gm's can summon monsters, create items, and propagate gold. That's 100% legitimate so if you just tell them that you are buying gold in game you will get it and cheap to boot.
The only problem I'm having with that is... Isn't it illegal to buy the gold, and wont you get banned for asking? that's my main worry. And the lowest price i found was 3.75 for a mil. Also, if I won't get banned, then I'll certainly ticket it. Tell me though, if I were to ticket it, what would I make my subject and what would I put as the problem (i.e. bugs/glitches, those things)?
All I do is put up a party ad and say "B>1 mil gold/ 4 USD Note Me" and sure enough the GM's will come and meet with you.
Buying gold isn't against the TOS or anything so you should be ok.
One time a GM told me he would sell me some of the gold he bought for $2 for 3m. So as the above posters say, the tickets are the best way to go.

I, too, have done this before. I was amazed at their great service. And all their deliverers actually speak complete and full English, instead of broken engrish. And the money required for the gold was just subtracted from my amount of NX I had charged at the time. Great service, 100% legit, would use again.
