Some posts were deleted, here is what you missed.


Op literally said "I am testing a mabi pserver, here is a video of it". A link to a youtube video showed someone summoning succubus. I only watched about 5 seconds of it.

Then came flip 1 hour after op and he was like wow this definitely looks legit! (same server and client as mabire)

Then op came in again and claimed he's got the SOURCE CODE of the server (maybe the client too? Haha). He is better than tom because 1. He can speak English 2. He will make updates using the source code. Right now he is just trying to fix the hotkey not saving and ingame friend list. He also mentioned that he has no intention of making this public anytime soon and it is STRICTLY PRIVATE AND INVITE ONLY(wow swag! Then why the fuck are you making this post here yo?)

Then came flip again. At this point he was all hyped up and practically begging to be allowed in to this experience of a life time once again. He talked about how they solved the hotkey saving issue in mabire and how he could teach op about mabi and setting up the server. Blah blah long message. At the end he left for work expecting a PM from op.

Then finally op came in again and basically replied flip, "OK, what is your skype?"

That was all you missed. No idea why they decided to cover up everything so fast. Preparing the best mabi pserver launch ever? Lol. Yet another troll? Lol maybe!

All this doesn't mean much really. Considering mabi is pretty much at the end of its life and the few people still playing it are diehard fans who grew up with it. If anything I'd say tom had a better chance of hosting a public mabi pserver because he was a professional pserver guy. Yeah Yeah he didn't have much interest in it whatever whatever. Well good night. Sleep well people.

Even if you do make it public, who cares?

Mabi is a lot of grinding, and as we've seen, Pservers are extremely transient.
Why should anyone expend that effort on your server, only for it to be shut down by Nexon/you/host provider?

And thus, I ask why anyone should care, even if you actually do plan to make this publicly available.

Please, Xhi. You're just another Aura leech waiting for exec and Xcelled to push out more changes. You're just waiting to do the same thing while everyone else is doing the work for you.

Don't worry, there's some very simple guides on how to get Aura running, and the forums are quite friendly if you can't work it out.
