Maybe you need to try the key phrase backwards on your server?

EDIT: OK anyways i had made check on main and sent to alt acc and got him fishing rod and bait and i also Rb the alt to age 10 and got pass to CEO but quest for Duncan doesn't come up when i talk to him.

How to do it

1: Talk to the old man, Duncan.
2: When he asks you if you want to know how to kill wolves, say yes and go through the tutorial. (You can only get this quest if you rebirth to age 10)
3: Fly or Warp to CEO Island.
4: Make sure the item you want to dupe is in your 6th inventory space (the top right corner)
5: Run past the golems and make your way to the east side of the island and if you see a guy named "Blaine", don't talk to him, he's a total douche.
6: Now you should be on the east side of the island... Equip your fishing rod and bait.
7: Fish along the edge of the ocean until you get attacked by a Black Golem.
8: You don't have to kill it, but you must engage combat with it, so either attacking it once, or being hit by the golem.
9: The item you had in your sixth slot should now be duplicated 139 times.


The best thing about this is you don't need pake or a cheat cartridge to get it to work. you can buy a CEO island red wings of a goddess for 50~100k depending on your server if you don't have pake + Teleport commands.

Edit: First I give you idiots STEP-BY-STEP instructions on how to dupe. but because i'm a little bit vague about the part that triggers the dupe, you all whine like little bitches because I wasn't clear enough?
The Black Golem was the monster you encounter. Are you happy? Now everyone's gonna be duping. I hope this gets patched.

Don't forget about using a wing as soon as someone notices you (hint, an exclamation mark will appear above the head)

Then head back to where you were, and on the bridge along the way you'll get a free pet c:

I remember I tamed the duping method catalyst on my first time as a Fire mage.

Good times, good times... As a Lightning mage, however, I kept clear of dupes. They tend to mess up your character, and I didn't want to risk lowering the max dura on my yellow friend.
