You guys need to read more threads, that's why you can't find the right download. The forum's don't allow you to get what you want if you're not that active or are new. That's why there are so many people asking, they didn't read, therefore the forum didn't let them get what they wanted. So, start actually reading those threads, you'll find your link, and learn a few things along the way.

Can be added in with a simple hook, I used a function so all you would have to do is pass in target ID, the status, and if it's turning it on or off. If you want the extended flexibility that's up to you, I made it friendly enough to support that kind of stuff though.
Yeah if we had the source code. :P
I guess I should start reversing this to see if there's anything I don't know in it..
