They have Logs, when you run to fast, you get banned. That is how they banned in Russia.
They even tell you the logs / show you the proof.

The hack most people use is new and wasn't out in other Regions. But You should not invest any money into accounts with hacks.
In China there is even a Hack with no Mana + No Cooldown. Pretty dope and it is just 30 $ / Month. But I guess that get you banned at some point.

There is supposedly a glitch where you can get 10 duplicate platnium packs with one code.
