A good amount of people ( including me ) paid on the site, never received key and our tickets have either been ignored for months or closed without reason. Be careful with

Te or some of the admins replied to this one, but deleted his message shortly after. The guy haven't received his key.

And there are MANY, MANY more, just search their discord for "receive key" or "received key", etc.

I have contacted more than 50 people that have this issues and NONE of them received their key neither they received any answers on tickets!

They claim this to be a "crypto payment issue" with the site, but if that's the case, why are they ignoring people tickets for months? And if you have problem with crypto payments leading to ppl not getting what they paid for, why are u even accepting that payment method at all?

I'm not ignoring tickets for months, where did you even get this from?

Sometimes people send crypto using wrong network or they send the wrong amount and it doesn't work because of user's mistake. Another reason when it's user's fault is when they make a typo in their email, so their order gets processed, but the key is sent to the wrong email address.
Sometimes it's the problem on the service side - for some reason it doesn't automatically process the payment.

I always get to those tickets and process them if it's possible (only exception if user sent the funds over wrong network).

UPD: Sometimes we take a bit more time to handle those tickets, but it's never longer than a week usually. And NEVER reaches 1 month, not even close.
Is it slower than you would like it to be? Perhaps. But it doesn't give you the right to just spread lies.

I get this from your Discord by simply searching in the channels. And why are you saying that I am spreading lies when in the same time you are the one you are doing this? Yes, you ignore tickets for weeks and even multiple months I have talked with multiple people never receiving their keys, got ignored on tickets ( myself included ). I've been using crypto for years I know how it works and I didn't used wrong email. I don't know if your crypto payment gateway doesn't work properly or it's something else but it's a fact that multiple people had that problem and when they tried to get their keys via tickets they seem to have been ignored for an unacceptable amounts of time. Yeah buddy, you don't have time to respond to tickets for moths, but you do have time to respond here and defend yourself, right? GG I hope I didn't spend too much for your trash cheat anyways. Can confirm. Made a "donation" via paypal from the purchase site they say is the official one, and was told there was a "payment issue" and I should have used crypto. Money wasn't refunded, never received a key.
