Well I don't know what's making your bots to not buy xpboost, but try downloading the config file in this thread , it's the one I use and it works for me

I know redeeming ip-boosts in 1.0 isn't working, but has anyone tried other rewards like the collectors pack or 10k rp? I'm kind of scared to waste all my referrals if it doesn't work.

According to what Riot said some time agao, they do this when they Launch new patch or new champ, they do this to prevent there are over 989786 Solo games and no more spots left for ACCUAL players, So yeah this is Temporary and probally cause Hecarim is free this week. I expect it to be over due to morrow ?

And How manny matchs should i put to make the bot to lvl 10? 32 ? instead of 12 ?
