Why you can't use function "ControlClick" and "ControlSend" it will allow you to use computer to other stuff it will not take control over your mouse and kayboard, you will be able to move leage of legend window it take x y cords form window game not windows and you can play it on orther resolutions,

Check settings (make sure u are using borderless)

There is definitely something wrong with your settings :P
Try it on a VMware with a clean installation of XP if it still doesn't work.
