24-48hours response time. Sometimes faster it depends.

Sharing my experiences here so far with trying to purchase Elysium.
After reaching out to Julian on Session, it took 18 Hours to get the first response, which was a hello, followed up with a copy paste of btc payment instructions.
I had it paid within 3 minutes, and have now been waiting 2+ hours for a response on what we do next.
The product seems like it is going to be fantastic, nothing but good words from the community discord, but so far the buying experience has been terrible.
Will update comment and opinion as things proceed.
EDIT: Product was delivered 3.5 hours after money was sent.
Will test out the product soon, overall I've had worse experiences. The feedback here on ePvP is extremely fast
UPDATE: Been using the product 2 days now, and it's been solid every step of the way. Absolutely everybody on the official BGX discord complains about bans in like 1 game, but with Elysium everybody is going hardcore and not getting clocked.
Seems everything is bypassed except for the Zoomhack which they very explicitly state in most channels and you can't miss it.
Purchase was rocky at first, but once you already have a subscription you can renew it on your own which is automatic and instant by using the service built into the loader.
I am removing any doubt I previously had about the wait times for initial purchase. Elysium is the best to go to if you want to use BGX or the new HanBot
