Yeah that has been the price for a long time, however due to recent banwaves and difficulties when botting fresh accounts, it is not possible anymore.

We're working hard to get new cheap accounts soon, as it is in interest of everyone.

Leveling method is still new so we're not sure about what banrate to expect.
