I am gonna play Normals so you don't lose your Elo^^
You just need to own that Champion or it needs to be Free to play but if it is free to play then I can only Boost to LVL 4.

paying up to 50 euro, prefer something cheaper tho
should be level 30 and completely unranked or at least unranked in season 5 and 6.
-standart ap/ad runes would be cool
-should have no champion on level 4+
-legacy skins are welcome
-50+ champions if possible
looking for something special, will probably wait 1-2 days until i message you :)
