Offered him a boost for a price he didn't like, when I raised the price to the one he asked for and request, he said that I "Changed my mind pretty fast" and "that it looks like a scam". When asked how it is a scam although I requested a trade here on epvp, he states that "anyone can request a trade". Pretty odd behavior in my opinion.
