we are still not sure about the punishments for abusing it ,will there be a time bans/perma bans for massive abusers,content/gifts removed either .. o well would take much time don't think riot will go through that

In theory, prices should rise since its your last chance to get super cheap RP. Refs should be more expensive not cheaper.

They won't punish players. They'll make 2 skins available for all and no RP anymore.

If we referred 100 friends, you guys think we will be abused?
We found that while only about 1.4% of RAF participants attempt to abuse the system, if we isolate accounts with 10 or more referrals the percentage jumps to 70%, and then skyrockets to 99% when you count only those with 100 or more referrals.
You think its just to make us scared?

They most likely will not punish people who have refs. They know it was impossible to obtain the warwick and twitch skins which caused the uprising of bots. Thats the whole reason to give people a better way to achieve those skins without bots
