Xerath Boosting

Hey guys decided to start eloboosting since i am experianced player and know alot for the game. I can boost to Diamond for now in the future if i get good offers could offer boots and to Challenger too. I accept vouches for now but you should have Xerath in the account.

Please ban him,he just lost 5 games in my account at gold 3 elo!!! He says he is challenger,he made me drop to gold 4 ,50 lp!!!

And now he doesn't answer on skype!
