I am letting everyone know that this account I purchased last year, was somehow recovered by the owner. I no longer have access to this account, and every time I try to do a password reset, no email gets sent to my email address anymore.

I hadn't logged into this account since May 2017 and today I checked my inbox and saw there were several attempts to change password that was not made by me back on June 2017. I don't understand how the account was recovered when my email was verified.

Trying to work with Shareni to see if there is any chance on recovering this account, I am thinking this account was brokered by Shareni and the original owner decided to recover the account..
