People can say what they want, no garantuee they are actually telling the truth. 50 RP is worth 50 euro. He sells it for 25 euro. I can't see someone would make 25 euro loss for any reason, so I my only guess would be that he still, somehow makes profit from it.

The only way he could make profit from it, via credit card, can only be done via illegal ways. So as far as I would say; somebody with some high tbm's try this service and give some feedback, till now, I wouldn't trust it all.
