looking for a level 20(+) acc on EUW, preferrably with nothing at all (champs, runes).
I need a smurf to buy refs and gift the RP to my main.
EDIT: Unused means: not in use anymore. I bought one on here that was obtained via bruteforce (seller openly stated this), but it was an active account (last game on 29/7) and I highly despise to claim this account as mine, therefore, I want an OLD account of yours you don't use anymore.
