I totally recommend this guy's service. He boosted from Bronce II to Silver V in no time; he played like 10h straight winning 99% of matches. He lost 1 match cause of dc and another one cause of it being a 1 vs 9 match. All the others went smooth, playing with variety of champions and roles.
Other thing I really liked about him is he skypes with you troughout the games explaining why and when to do stuff, he answers every question you have happily. Really nice person! Here are some images of the matches:
