You could not stop evolution mate, bots will get better and better and cheaper...
The only point you can discuss that could be good in a clicking bot it's that it's harder to be detected by the game developer, however in this case that it's not relevant since the game developer don't care at all about bots in their game.
A good example it's the BOL that uses memory injection for years still running and with toon of cheats that people are using in ranked games.. that stuff it's were riot fails hard.

The market of selling accounts it's not the same market as selling "cheap RP", people don't need so often new accounts like they need "RP".
Players like to evoluate their own account they invested time and money on this accounts they don't wanna switch to others.
So don't think you will win lot of money selling unranked lvl30 accs because you not..
The price it's already cheap like 5$-7$ in some websites and it will get even cheaper
