Yeah slow start is only for first start after recloning.
So it can properly assign each bot to room/account.

The start bots has a short timer in between each one so you don't completely overload your PC.

mhmm since last league update i allways get black screen on 1-2 bots in loading screen Oo

but the main errors are that the bot gets stuck on alerts (after i close them manually/press ok the bot restarts / keeps on running) and league crashes / dcs and it doesnt press the nescessary buttons

It's just the patcher / launcher that will be changed at first. And it will still take a few months, probably.

and I have no idea what your reply was about. I'm talking about the new launcher / patcher which is coming to PBE. It's just the launcher / patcher at first, not the whole client. And it will take a few months before it goes live.

about one year ago they changed a few things in order to make it harder to do refs. they even posted in the official forums that they think about further steps to prevent people from abusing the ref system (shut down).
but i dont think that the clientupdate has something to do with that
