Already i have i7 3770k @ 4,4 GHZ and 22GB ram, Samsund SSD PRO 256GB and i can fine run 18 XP VM's

You think it will be able to run 24 XP VM's with 32GB ram?

I run selfmade coop and ref bots, so no, but thank you for your concern.
The few NHC VMs I still run are for benchmark purposes only, and those run fine

Yes, but you will have major cpu lag at times. I wouldn`t recommend upgrading the RAM when the limits of the CPU are already in sight.
