Hast du irgendwas an den Dateien verändert? Z.B. Sprachdateien auf Englisch umgestellt?
Bevor du mit einer Neuinstallation anfängst, würde ich erstmal versuchen den Fehler zu finden.
Wie du das machst und wie du den Fehler eventuell beheben kannst, findest du hier:

Note, "lol.porperties" is used as an example again.
Delete that paragraph, save and exit.
3) Start LoL again. If you get the error again, repeat step 1 and 2 because there will be a different file causing the problem this time.

zu Deutsch:
1) geht in eurem LoL Ordner und öffnet die Datei "patcher_lib.log" mit einem Text-Editor
mit STRG+F sucht ihr dann nach "error" (ohne anführungszeichen). Die nun aufleuchtende Zeile wird einen Datei-Namen enthalten wie zB "lol.properties", kopiert diesen Namen.
2) geht in dem Ordner "lol-cb3.game_p", macht eine Backup-Kopie der neuesten tocstore datei, im heutigem Fall ist es "lol-cb3.game_80_79to80.tocstore.deploy".
öffnet dann die Originaldatei und sucht nach dem Namen den ihr unter Punkt 1 ausfindig gemacht habt. Dies wird euch zu einem Paragraphen führen der wie folgt aussieht:

lol.properties ist hierbei ein Beispiel (war aber lustigerweise auch das Problem bei mir )
Löscht diesen Paragraphen, speichert und schließt die Datei ab.
3) LoL starten. Falls das Problem erneut auftritt, einfach Punkt 1 und 2 erneut durchgehen da es sich um eine neue Datei/Zeile handeln wird.
