Anyone have experience with Lol-smurfs.com and unrankedsmurfs.com?

Just wondering if anyone has ever bought accounts from them and if they got banned or not later. Is there a way i can buy an account without riot banning it? I know bot leveled accounts get banned, but what about hand leveled accounts unrankedsmurfs.com sell at their "lol skin shop" section? Would appreciate some input as i really want to buy and get back into league after a quite long break.

Those websites are overpriced and im pretty sure they are all botted.

I havent bought a smurf in a while so I don't know riot's ban system atm but ive bought smurfs from epvp sellers before and none of them have been banned.

Riot ban in waves so if you buy a smurf that hasnt been botted for a month and isnt banned yet then u should be good.
