I almost feel bad for him, but did everyone get banned?
And one of the screenshots showed that the refs are from 2012 x.x

Some guy with 200 skins including king rammus, all pax skins and alot of other rare / unavaiable skins lost his account because of some raf botting he did in 2012.

Usually u get a 2 week ban if u contact riot after getting banned for refs

i dont think they are allowed to take all your skins simply because they cant really prove it..

Sure, they can.. lol
They see that all accounts are lvl 10 and all have been created in a few days. If this were real Refs they wouldnt level so fast in customs and only until lvl 10.
Probably the same ip too, depends on the creator.
