Boku-Scam illegal?

Can I get busted for that?
Well, I've uploaded an tut on Youtube, that scams the people to register on my boku link and lvl up to lvl 10, promised, they get transfered 100 000 RP and 100 000 IP after this, but they won't. Is this risk?
