ULB on VM

can someone help me? i have no experience with virtual machines.
do i need to install everything to VM again or can i somehow copy from my W7?

sorry maybe you misunderstand me, i dont have any problems with VM because i cant even get my files to VM so when i run my winxp lite VM i have just no files there, i just hope i dont have to download LoL again

Check out m0rbid's guide. I had no experience with virtual machines before but its quite clear to understand. Btw you can just copy any folder/file from your main operation system and paste in on virtual machine.
