I don't know for sure but I guess it detects if the other players have flash up? Probably you need to see them flash for it to work, seems logic. Simple but handy!
Especially handy in lane, when the jungler comes.

It draws a line (just like draw skillshots), from the start to the end position of flash summoner spell, or ezreal [E] or Shaco stealth jump.

So that way you will know the direction of the flash.

Good for detecting flash jukes.

Downloaded , did as it said, logged in , loaded the tool and when champ select ends it says the tool cannot run with the XZR APP , although the app is right there , fullscreen -.-
Tried with both old and latest patch
