[Tool] Helper Tool (LOLHT Lite) 3.2

LOLST even in LOLHT Lite not work loaded, and then loading screen, there're no skin, nothing happens, just normal loading screen, the F8-F9 function work just perfect
but if anyone can help me with the skin (main purpose of me using the tool) that'd be great.
And sorry for my bad English.

@o00 o00 0000, run XZR APP and lol.launcher.admin in compability mode for WINXP SP3. That should work.

@xMangokingx, since season 2 LOLHT is working out there and nobody was banned, instead some of the features like HPBarColor and TurretRange were implemented into LOL itself...
