Looking to buy a pbe account.

Never had one or researched about it. So before buying one, would like to know if the accounts only work for a short amount of time?

Do they all come with full champions?

I appreciate any advice.

They are not with full champs, but you can buy all easy

All account come with 40k RP and 100k IP, you can buy all sht on shop. I don't think it's perma, you'll the account one day (not sure)

i have pbe account since season 2.. so its perma.. and you can play when ever you want on pbe
