Well he's not wrong, you can't do that much without cash.
Anyway, feedback about what i dont like on this Server.

Pay to Win

- Overpriced Website Shop with Jewels & other stuff
- Rune of Protection is cash only + its insanely expensive
- C2 Cover with custom Seals
- Exp/Sp/Drop .. Booster only cash

The Game
- Upgrade Chance from +10-18 is epiiiiic ****, barely possible, especially without Rune of Protection
- Christmas Event doesnt work (no NPC for Santa Fragments & cant accept Affinity)
- Always Auto igni 1 - Why did you do that?
- You changed mob dmg lvl 1-60, but 60-cap is still to high, you always die and there is only standard hp potion to heal up
- HP Stealer doesnt work properly
- some Features praised on your Website are missing (for example: New Skill panel)
- Character Status description is buggy and wrong
- no apprentice Weapon at lvl 20?
- How can there be so manny Phenix Chars, when no one is lvl 100 yet
- Remote Teleport sometimes freezes the game and you need to restart
- Farming Gold is borring as **** since you only get gold from selling Items and there is not even a Merchant Ticket, so you always have to go back into the city, this wants me to quit the game
- cant create the C2 Weapon Cover with 7% Skill cool down
- Add Auto pick up, there are too manny drops to pick up

In your Server information you write "A Server with a great atmosphere and no hard mechanics". This is actually a huge lie. If you play without tons of Cash, this Server is full hardcore and not enjoyable. ALOT needs to change, or it will be empty VERY soon

Pay to Win

(My comment - The site indicates an incorrect donate rate, in fact-1 Euro-80 crystals. we will decrease prices for some items in the near future.)

- Rune of Protection is cash only + its insanely expensive
(My comment - Today has been decrease price for this packs and increase Protection rune 3 count, In today pach will add protect rune for xmas affinity[Affinity merchant], in near future we add rune in some ingame conent)

- C2 Cover with custom Seals (My comment - This is a lie, each player can select the desired stats for C2. You can get a Custom c2 card in a Cube.)

- Exp/Sp/Drop .. Booster only cash.

(My comment - before start we msg in infoportal that Phoenix club system change (You can register char any level and get buff for increasing attack and defense to 20%.), we fix incrorrect description in next patch)

(My comment - if you Sorcerer, then use teleportation without avatars, in next patch problem will be fix.)

We are against breaking the logic of the game and adding a feature that makes pets irrelevant.)

- remove Gold Booster from "Boosters box"

- remove 7 days waiting time after leaving guild

- pets should be able to pick up hs/token/event items.. when your inventory is full
its always stuck on trying to pick up armor/weapons..

We can remove gold boosters from box, but not remove waiting time for guild members bcz it is need for minimizing locks ownership of same guild under different names.
