Walker has posted lots. He makes use of it and attracts a large audience. He may have a short application but he has long threads. He's got a good sense of humor that will stop a majority of normal browsing members from hating him. See, I typed this just for him.

He may be mature for a 12 year old, however, there are other people out their who would be older and even more mature. Even though you are mature at 12 does not mean you have the same amount of experience as someone who is older.
I said no because:
Hes too young
No real modding exp in the past. It sounds like what he said didnt turn out too well.

I didnt say that everyone was. I simply stated that you can find an older person who is more mature. With age comes wisdom, wisdom isnt something that you can just learn in a textbook, it takes time and experience
