Why do you want to be moderator?
I would like to be a moderator in the EO Section because through the times I have been in there (approx. 6yrs) I have noticed when there is less mod activity people think the rules no longer apply.
I'd also like to be a moderator because I'm always dropping in to see what's going on and do what I can to help those in need, however there's always room to help a little more. I've been a member of ePvP for a long time now (first and only account) and gained a lot and would like to give back to the community.

How much experience do you have with the issue of the forum you apply for ?
Well I have been with ACME EO - an EO pserver - since approx. march 2008 (shutdown permanently 2013). In all that time I was pretty active on the EO-Pserver Section; I still continue to release stuff to this day.

Do you have enough time to visit the board about every two days and to put enough effort into the job?
Yes, I visit that section atleast once a day if not I do twice. However there is an odd occasion where my internet plays up and it becomes impossible to logon for a day or two.

Did you regularly take part in the section before you posted your application?
Very much so, as stated by the question about experience.

Are you able to handle questions and questioners of which you think that they are very stupid?
I am able to handle them no problems. As I was also a person with no clue when I first started. But my answers aren't as everyone else' answers are, I don't just write them a script and say run this. I will try to point them in the right area where they will find what they are looking for. I personally find I have taught a lot of people by doing this. Because when they learn my way they usually only ask once and don't come back a 2nd or 3rd time. I can say from experience that this works, I'm an IT/Multimedia/Game Design teacher. Also there isn't really any kind of question that can be defined as stupid (as long as it's on topic, not blatantly asked just to be seen as "stupid").

Can you act appropriate/mature with other human beings?
I can act very mature, I can also admit when I first joined I was not the most easy going person. But as recent posts will show once complete off-topic or flaming is to begin in reply to my posts I will just stop posting and try to settle it via PM if it is not dropped.

Did you ever operate as a moderator before?
I have been an admin on ACME EO forums for over five years and only ever had complaints about me from a couple other badly chosen mods. They were being disrespectful to players got mod removed and had an outburst about it...

i agree with PiReights. Since i have become a mod i have yet to have any problems at all with FunHacker. Infact he goes out of his way to msg me on MsN when something is going down after i had previously checked it.

i give him a yes as well

It is a undeniable fact that funhacker is one of the most valued members of the EO PServer Hosting section. After I am threw checking the forums each day I use the "Find More Posts by funhacker" link just to make sure I don't miss any words of wisdom

Look at more then just his post count, but the quality of the posts he does make, and you can see why he should be a moderator. I can also vouch for his experience as a moderator in the ACME EO forums. A big YES! for me too.

well nothing against you funhacker - at all nothing personally...

Probably you could be a good mod - probably for sure

, BUT

questions are:
- do owner of oldest EO pserver will be fair mod under whole EO subject treads??
- Does your posiotion in Acme pserver don't make you in any way person that will run against other pservrs?? (mabe hard stated but my point should be understood

)

those are my questions only to You... since I am already participating in this forum and EO section - would be nice to have fair mod (not sided into own pserver promo etc etc)

fair points only way I could prove it without being mod here is look at those that have been banned etc from acme some were RL friends some were game friends. I am not one to be bias in any situation regarding a game or forums.

also, If I was hell bent on adverting ACME I would of already done it. For example my signature doesn't even have a link to it...

soulerman.. just the fact that he and we (ACME) team released over 70 percent of the knowledge and updates and such to eo pserver development (when u dont share anything but still take our releases and use on your own, remember that it was me and forcer that cracked open the english eo servers so everyone could start running their own), that in mind would make him the best candidate for the job.

So forcer - I hope your acts as a MOD wont be similar to this presented in previous post by your team colleague :/

Like I wrote I have nothing against your qualifications for MOD forcer - but I am really concern if runner of pserver will be enough fair as a MOD ... and yea probably as a MOD will be influencing onto people --- thats only concerns which I shared here - and since all have free will - I hope this concern will be respected and listened!

Well, For me Funhacker gets a YES

Because

Code:

1. his explanation is almost always completely.

2. if there are errors, he improved them.

3. if they quarrel , he answer it well without back abuse.

4. lets say he is 1 of the best developers of the eo section.

5. his English is almost 100% error free.

6. He is very active in the section eo.

If you are scared he will advertise hes server or, pulling every thing to hes server.

You are free to warn the forum admins.

not forcer, that's the other guy with ACME I am funhacker.
There is already 1 mod Deadpool who also runs a pserver, that's what usually happens with forum sections, they have people that are in the field moderate it. You don't have a Carpenter manage a mechanical repairs shop right?
I don't think your problem is a mod that also runs a pserver, I think your problem is me as the mod as you never questioned deadpool's motives. You have not questioned hio77's motives but yet the 1 guy that you see as competition is questionble?
Really I had no problem answering the question the first time but it seems that perhaps you are trying to stir trouble here.
Nooneatall's post was defending my motives not an attack on you, he is saying that if ACME was so bent on controlling the pserver comunity why would he and forcer had released how to make pserver? They could of kept it to themselves and there would be nothing to control.
But if you have any valid and serious questions feel free to ask. Anymore of the petty bickering and I will request a mod to close this so only mods can post here.

About Hio77 - as I remember when he applied he didnt run any server - thats second answer...

Last one - that was my point from beginning - I have nothing against to you - but I am very unhappy when I will be receiving answers from you as a MOD now where you will be arguing that someone is defending you - while my person or pserver in real is attacked by this person...

Thats all for me - I put my few cents into your application under my doubts - Wont put any one more word - I received clear answer.... and everyone will be able to clear their thoughts about this...

Enough with the Petty bickering all of you please. Yes the community have a right to state thier thoughts and opnions on who should be mod or not the main decision is up to the staff. The petty arguing between all of you does nothing to further and or hinder the matter. If you have a complaint about someone then take it to a private message to where the rest of the community does not have to deal with the childish antics.

funhacker is an amazing guy , Trust worthy who would be a spectacular Mod for our section

he's a great qualifications with great experience and knowledge needed
