Buddy, just because he has low rep does not mean that he cannot be trusted, stop being stereotypical.

If you don't want to trade with him then by all means don't, but for the people that have traded with him have gotten their items in a timely manner.

I have traded with him before and the trade went smoothly, so if you have absolutely nothing to say then do everyone a favor and move on.
