Well,what is a community ban ? And how do u receive it ?

U cannot log in into Steam friends but u CAN play every game online.
i recieve it because i traded an account here on epvp.
After the trade I changed all the information of the account (passwort, email)
And all of the sudden the owner of the account wrote an email to steam that his account got alleged/allegedly (dunno which one the right one is :/) hacked.
