I wouldnt recommend it, even if you find a working teleporter Anet has found a way to detect you teleporting to fast around the world and it will almost certaintly grant you a perm ban if you are caught in it.. as of now being pretty much all the tools/utilities on the forum has teleporting disabled tho most of those have speed hack / no clipping which maybe could do the trick for you also..
