Yo Buffy, why is the teleport not working?
I cant teleport to 90% of the locations in wayferer foothills, others my character just gets glitched. Am i doing something wrong?

That is because teleporting is range limited, you have to be within a certain (pretty high) distance.
Riot introduced that with a patch like half a year ago.
