From what I know, their system is mainly based on player reports. There are people who use systems far worse than Unf (e.g. underground gathering teleporting across map) and it has never been banned

To be honest, no one knows what systems Anet uses. Player reports are definitely one of them, but they also know that often a player reports another one just because he hates him (and I honestly don't know how it's possible to hate someone in a game), so player reports aren't the main system.
Clipping and Full Clip are bugged in the x64 version. They cause the character to keep falling below the map's surface, even after changing the map and even after closing the trainer. The only solution atm is to restart the game.
Flying option causes the character to jump very high, fall, then jump again high, and so on. This effect is only seen by other players, while you still see it flying normally. But, due to the fact that in reality you jump and fall, then jump, then fall, sometimes when you land on a surface very close to your feet, you die instantly. In reality you might be very high in the air, or if you are lucky, closer to the surface and then you don't die, but you lose pretty much health... Best way to test it is in the guild hall. Try to fly high up, then come down near the waypoint and you are instantly dead

I don't have that issue at all on the version uploaded, is there a specific map this is happening or are you using an outdated version?

It's toggled with shift, I don't find it hard at all to utilize.

You can just pop a glider inbetween to counter act the fall damage, the game will update your Z an realize your height and that you should of landed an distribute the fall damage, its better for going down>up.

i can confirm this problem. same @ me when i use clipping to walk trough closed doors.
restarting the game is the only possibility to solve it.
and, before question, i use the atm downloadable version
