All the information you need to create a bot like that is givin in this forum so either create it yourself or hope someone friendly does the work for you but stay friendly
and no its not to much to ask for but if you don't get a direct response, might concider to just pay someone in the black market section instead of leeching here for free

Sentences like this are just disrespectful for the people using their time and effort to create or fix bots and demanding stuff if you get no direct answer is just a shitty behavior if you basicly ask for free stuff --> and this behavior is also a reason why people retiere from this forum and don't help anymore cause some people obviously not all are pretty disrespectfull f.e. don't read the existing thread or some like that

A fully working spam Chat script you just have to copy the code and use the current GWA2
It litterally takes 2min to do so and there is a discription in the thread how to use it + in addition its one of the first posts to pop up if you search for "guild wars chat bot"

you don't understand, i don't speak for this sutiation in particular i speak in general ... when it comes to fixed old bot, because gwa2 is not up to date and we have an error message or so more recently when you have to change the headers of the last update you said everything is super simple done but most do not have your skills ... once again I speak in general

Well I just guess we have different opinions here. I only answer like this if people are either rude in their questioning or ask "How can i fix ***-Bot" and using working GWA2 including headers is often the answer.
So i reply with what I think is the solution.
But this will be my last answer concerning this topic don't wanna spam this thread with a discussion between only us.

Take the below code and swap it out for the main function of any working bot you have. Use in combination with toolbox to make the taskbar flash when you recieve a message/trade.
If anyone has a fully functional feather bot would you care to share? I updated ReFeather but had to ignore the merchant lines due to "low inventory space", as well as remove the portal set-up at start; cba to fix the ReverseDirection() func which was crashing the game.

Since i might also have overreacted here you go i put together a tool which should do the job -> to get noticed about pm's i suggest you use toolbox . Toolbox has an option to let guildwars flash in the task menu.
As an introduction:
1. Choose your Character
2. Put your messages in - If empty this message will be skipt
Inputbox 1 & 2 are for Tradingchat
Inputbox 3 is for All-Chat so f.e. your Guild Advertisment
I made it so you can increase the size of the GUI so you have enought room for your messages
