Dervish Raptor Bot

Hi all

I thought I'd share this since it may be useful to a handful of you. I have reworked the well known Warrior raptor farming bot to work with the VoS build variant, it's a bit half baked but it sort of works. Credit to the original developer btw

The only real reason I made this (besides the fun obviously) was to max the title on my dervish without having to leech from a warrior bot. Don't expect this to be a replacement!

Notable differences from the main script (other than using VoS);

- Pathing and timing adjustments
- Cleaner UI
- Asuran Points totalizer
- Improved failure detection
- Defensive skills popped when looting

I found that the failure detection was completely unreliable in the original code, you would rarely ever get a failure despite getting stuck somewhere in the entrance, I tied in the point gain to work out if the boss was killed or not (>100 points) for a more reliable stat.

Note: I commented out the _purgehook() function @ line370, I don't fully understand the need for this.

If anyone's interested it would only take 10 minutes to paste the the old warrior bar/pathing code back in.

Hello!

My derwish always gets killed by the raptors.
Also the para is dying pretty fast.
Do I need do do something special? Interface settings etc.?
Maybe I have to change something, kilroy bot is also not accepting quest, maybe there is something wrong with my game..

What is your equipment setup? and skill bar

Para hero should suicide as intended. There are a couple of bugs which have cropped up today which I've sorted/ and are sorting - one being the hero cancelling enduring harmony and another is that a memory address seems to have changed. The function for checking skill cool-downs seems to have changed in the last hotfix.

Where are you dying btw?

My equip: Curses 9, Wind Prayers 5, Earth 12, Mysticism 10.
Windwalker armor and Vetauras Harbringer (dmg +15%, Armor penetr. +20%, ench +20%.

They do havy dmg when they follow me. After the first group I die when they hit me.

You should have 11 curses, 4 wind prayers, 11 earth prayers and the rest in mysticism. High mysticism isn't necessary at all for this run since you get the asura buff.

Try the attached version, I probably won't finish this since I've already got the title now which was my only real goal with this!

I'll be making a leech bot for vaettir so I can passively max the norn* title.

There was a leech bot for vaettir available (In the 4.1 Vaetirr bot) but I don't know if its still working.

But still do not work even with right gear, runes, attributes, ...
Still down before arriving at the mom.
Even with defense set and manual change of weapon set.

What do you exactly mean which "Defensive set for rounding up raptor"?
Should the bot change weapon slots?

Bot doesn't swap weapon sets, neither does the original warrior. Wouldn't be too hard to implement but I don't think it would make a huge difference in the current version if you're dying before you get to the boss.

If the pathing is ok and you aren't getting stuck I might be able to jig how the first mark of pain is cast and then use mirage cloak closer to the second group of raptors on the cave pull, this would probably keep you alive long enough to reach the boss.

Does the bot get stuck much? helps to know where you're dying etc because most of the fixes need to be made in the cave pull function.

I am now using earth runes and have the exactly same attr. stats and all 3 types of vitae runes. Also +3 command runes for the para.
In 2 cases the run is failing --> raptor blocking or mother killing me.

But it's doing the job and farming a decent amount of asura points. Maybe it takes a little bit longer but it's okay for me. Thanks!

It needs an updated gwa2 library based on the date of the original postings. A few major updates broke the one that was included.
