Well, photoshop ---> gradient tool, and I made the pattern of scan lines then for the text, blending options

if thats the first time you made it, then good luck but for y our info thats not what we call
A LOT. those scan lines are too easy and they don't even break a sweat as well as gradients its 3 clicks and you got it.
