Download Netlimiter at your own risk. I only downloaded it coz my internet was too fast for me to lag it using multiple youtube videos, utorrent, and downloading.

Depends on what version of windows you're using. 32-bit or 64-bit.
I should post a tutorial for net limier along with this.

scratch that I forgot I just reformatted my comp and don't have net limiter. I'll post the tut on this thread when I have downloaded it again.

For me. The bug is useless because I haven't tried the stocking bug and I don't have yellow stockings plus I completed my Char. necklaces +9.

Purpose: I make this hack for those people who cant afford to buy cash necklace...
How does it works:
It works like the cash necklace it imitate...
Example: at +5 the modified wind necklace that turns to fire will begin showing +5 fire necklace effect... perfectly
