yes it's working in windows 7 and vista couse i run my programs in windows 7 and vista on my desktop so it will work ...

for the runtime files just download the visual basic and it will work with out the runtime files bcouse it will install automatically

this cheat codes is remodeled for gc ph for those who are renting in pc shops so they will not disconnect or be laggy in the game

btw: makim's work is for home base cheats fyi i made this for those who did not have any computers at home ... so stop..
