Man , i don't know how to decrypt This one , Good Luck to The Elites.
(What i was thinking was for the Elites To Decrypt it And When they Know how To Bypass , Share They're Knowledge By Making a New and Give Credit.But i Guess it won't happen anyway. Lololol.)

It's just my opinion:
If you really wanted to share a hack, why do you have to give a hard time for people to guess the password.
If you detest leechers so much, then why don't you guys just erase that leecher's account directly? That should give them a lesson.
You're saying it's free... Yeah, right! IT IS FREE... but you gotta guess the password right! If the people do not guess the password... what will be the outcome, they cannot use the hack like you guys want to right?
Another thing, i just feel like you're just making people "Atat" (Super Excited) over a hack that they cannot use. In short, are you just trying to show-off? Not that i'm insulting, understand the status of the people who wants to use hacks like these...
If you guys just don't want people to use your hacks, then don't say it's for free... Just go to the Black Market Section of the Forums to sell your hacks, so that you can gain money, and people can use it, that way... You can trace leechers easily.
Do you know how hard it is for people who feel like they're just got excited for something they do not.. or perhaps they cannot get, the word might be "Paasa" right?! Ah well... I just hope that Karma will not come your way faster...

i understand what you feel.. sir noein, if i were you dont release your hacks. coz LEECHERS can get it even if you put password on it. poor other members of elite even if they dont put it on other sites they suffer.
well, that's life.. if you cant answer his hard question. dont visit this site.. play normal and move on..
im not against sir noein because personally i dont use hacks anymore. im retired on that thing.
its his decision to make the members "atat" aheheh! good job sir noein!
to poor pitiful members of elite (even if they are not leechers), just patiently wait for someone who could give you a free hack..

Decrypt notepad~
~just search it (GOOGLE)  there method that you can use decrypt notepad
and if you dont want search, make program application...
Use .net and dont forget find framework suite in decrypt file...
yeah, its work!....
