I have tried turning it into a rar and zip and extracting it i have tried turning it into a exe and extracting/running it i have tried turning it into a kom and extracting it but to no avail. I hope I'm not going at this the wrong way. lol
I'm pretty sure you have to decrypt the file... if you haven't noticed many hints. Noein even stated "Encrypted 5 times". Anyways I have no experience with hacks what so ever, so I probably won't get my hands on this bypass.
There is too much begging going on around Noein haha. I was trying to read around the thread to see if anyone has uploaded a program to decrypt it, but I was too annoyed with all the begging. I mean seriously WHY ask for more hints Noein already stated it's basically for ELITE hackers and people who understand. You either get lucky and have a friend who can help or you find out how by looking up tutorials on youtube or google. I know I'm in no position to say this because I too am hopeless in unlocking this hack, but at least I'm trying with my own knowledge not getting spoon fed even more. -.-"
Also maybe Noein has not finished uploading/editing the video tutorial, we won't know what's on it until it is released. It might just be a video tutorial on how to actually get the 5th job hacks on, or a video tutorial on how to decrypt a file. BE PATIENT. THERE is also a POSSIBILITY that the TUTORIAL VIDEO is actually ENCRYPTED too[IF YOU DIDN'T GET THE POINT].
Summary - its an encrypted file you have to unlock it, too much begging around Noein, you won't get tutorials by spamming "Wut u do hur?/how u open diz?/i downlod but no work/help more/", its hard for a reason because its a bypass that allows ANYYYYY hack to work, besides SS hacks.
It's not spoon feeding. If someone gives me a hint i can most likely continue with it on my own. I just need to be pointed a certain direction as i make these posts I'm tinkering with the file myself.
Omg... wth... Just wondering, and I'd be so glad if anyone can answer with a valid reasonable answer:
Why make a hack that no one can crack except the people that can make the hack themselves anyways? Might as well just not release it! There's no point of "release"ing it if no one (except the "elite" hackers that can make this crack themselves) can crack it?

SUPPOSEDLY you're suppose to decrypt it (turn it into exe i'm guessing) which I doubt anyone in this world can do! At least anyone that plays this game... Anyone that can decrypt this won't waste their time in a stupid game like Grand Chase. So translation: impossible for anyone that plays this game
don't ask me... i'm just as stumped... actually, i've never even HEARD of encryption and decryption before I saw this post... Only learned about it when i Googled it. And i'm sure 95%+ of people trying to use this hack are people like me. Why can't people in this forum just trust us? It's a freaking dungeon hack that's just a flashier SD hack. Why put so much dang security?!
I wanted this hack SO badly... but now, I think I'll just settle with the SD hack... at least it gets the job done.
