I'm not going to force my largest customer base (which are Brazilians) to stop speaking Portuguese.
Discord has support in English, has tutorials/tips in English
Now if he wants to require Brazilians to speak English in a Brazilian community (see I'm referring to other users, not support, as this is in the language in which the person opens the ticket. If you open a ticket speaking Japanese, we use the translator to speak in Japanese, and so on), he won't have that.
