The dungeon and item drop rate are server sided along with the item scripts. You can bypass the dungeon enter by using the stage hack but that will only give EXP and items dropped in the dungeon where you entered. E.G. using stage hack in trial forest --> Angry boss will only give you exp and no drops

I tried to spawn event dungeon bosses, it wont drop anything just gp coins.
Just like what iwo27 says it wont drop items that is not in that dungeon or continents.
