yeah..... i restarted it and i reextracted it and still it says there is a mod in the folder so it shuts down.

Delete the STAGE folder completely and then run the patcher again.
It should be fine now?

The IPUGC specific one isn't working anymore either

Just to inform and maybe make your finding fix a little easier, the launcher downloads a new data.uls each time you start it, or whatever that .uls file is and if you bypass past the launcher it still closes at the white screen before the loading screen. Hope it helps :3
