nope, it's not necessary to do back attack on different enemies... just scan each successful back attack... until you got the right address and to be more safe don't freeze it to 1000 freeze it to 99 instead...
ex. you successfully did a back attack on the slime... first scan 1...
then again you did another successful back attack on the same slime... next scan 2...
then you did another back attack on the mushroom... next scan 3...
until you got the right address...

awww too bad i"ve tried them all nothing seems to work all of the engines are detected since the patch.. huhuhuhuhuhu..!! have to work hard leveling up!!
